Launch Mondays offers an organic, unstaged opportunity to meet others in a peer-to-peer, friend-of-friend context. By way of example, last month I was talking to a friend who works on the technical side…an old acquaintance I hadn’t seen in a while came up and joined us. We eventually started talking about her new ventures…after a cancellation she was looking for someone with my friends exact skill set. That night she hired him for a shoot later in the week.
